Welcome to Renewable Energy Jobs

A CAREER in renewable energy is one of the best ways to make a real difference in combating climate change and environmental damage. It's also one of the fastest growing job markets in the UK, offering solid job opportunities and salaries comparable with the best.

With a depressed economy and an uncertain future for renewable energy funding - at least in the short term, it's not surprising that few new projects are hitting the headlines at the moment and the jobs market is remains in the doldrums. Most of the growth in the market is coming from Solar PV, particularly in continental Europe where capacity now stands at 28GW (albeit having grown from a very low base). Leading the field is of course Germany, which is not surprising given its generous terms for feed-in tariffs.
